POLICIES & TERMS

Check In: 3:00 pm Check Out: 11 am	Single or Double Occupancy Full Gourmet Breakfast Included Each additional person: $25 County taxes not included.

Regrettably, no pets allowed anywhere on the property. You will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded.

Unsuitable for children under 12.

Your reservation is secured when we receive one night's deposit prior to your arrival. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival.
Two nights minimum required on weekends. Three or four night minimum required on major holiday weekends.
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. Cleaning and/or damage fees will be assessed if necessary.
Cancellation fee on all cancellations is $25. Early departure, or cancellation 7 days or less in advance, will be charged at the full rate for each night we are unable to rebook your room. We are not responsible for inclimate weather and any results of same.
