Check In: 3:00 pm til 8:00 pm (No early check-ins allowed; late arrivals by arrangement only; please call before 8:00 pm on the date of arrival)

Pets:
Regrettably, no pets are allowed on the property. You will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded.
Reservations:
Your reservation at our Mendocino, CA Lodging is secured when we receive one night’s advance payment prior to your arrival. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellations:
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to all cancellation policies.
Deposits are refundable less a $25 processing fee. If reservation is canceled 8 days or more in advance, your deposit will be refunded less the processing fee. If canceled 7 days or less, you are obligated for the full charge of your reservation unless we are able to re-rent the room.
We are not responsible for inclement weather and any results of same. Multiple room reservations and holiday period reservations require 15 day notification. Wedding reservations require a 31 day notification.
